Shared project information

Project briefs, scripts, pronunciation notes, unpublished content and delivery information are treated as project information shared for the requested production conversation.

Use the minimum information needed to scope the project and avoid sending unrelated sensitive information.

Working practice

Access and sharing should remain limited to the people needed for casting, direction, recording and delivery. A project-specific NDA can be discussed before sensitive material is shared.
