Brief and quote
Project scope, script status, language, casting, direction and delivery requirements should be agreed before a quote is accepted. A quote request is not itself a paid order.
Written or electronic confirmation of the scope and price is required before production starts.
Recording and delivery
Recording direction, review notes, revisions and delivery formats follow the approved project brief. The studio confirms any project-specific rights or usage requirements in the written scope.
Project information
Scripts and unpublished project information should be shared through the approved brief and handled according to the project confidentiality framework. Ask the studio if a mutual NDA is needed for a particular project.
